Our service begins with pick-up of your records. After barcoding and filling out one of our transmittal sheets (available for download in our downloads section), your cartons are ready to go off-site! It is that easy.
If you need to retrieve an archived file just fill out our online form and we will pull the file and have it ready for you to pick up. With our small business plans, you are allowed one retreival per month at no extra charge.
Can't make it to our facility to pick the file up? Just let us know and we can schedule it for delivery at our standard next day rate.
